Where are they now?
Introducing Yorichika Yamakawa who graduated L2 and L3 at the New Zealand Equine Academy. Yori was a passionate student last year, turning up everyday to care for our academy horses. Yori now works full time for Phelan Racing, riding up to 8 horses a day. Yori’s dream is to be a jockey and we can’t wait to watch his dream become reality. Yori has a bright future in the racing industry and we are proud to be part of his career.
